PRAZZER-Warren Buffett's advice, One of World's Richest People


Warren Buffett, a businessman and investor who sharpness of his mind so extraordinary that he described as a mix between the physicist Einstein, Picasso artist and creator of the wealthy king Croesus gold coins, in one body.
 

Here is an interview he ever did with CNBC.
 
In the interview found some interesting aspects of his life:

"Encourage your child to invest"
He bought his first share at age 11 years and now he regrets that he started too late.
"Encourage your child to start learning to do business"
He bought a small farm at age 14 with savings from delivering newspapers.
"He still lives in a house with a small 3-bedroom in downtown Omaha, which he bought after he got married 50 years ago"
"Do not buy what is not needed, and encourage your child to do the same"
He said that he has everything he needs in that house. 
Although the house was no fence.
"Be what it is"
He always drove himself if he did not want to travel and have a chauffeur or personal security.
"Thrifty"

He never travels by private jet, although he owns the biggest jet company in the world. Berkshire Hathaway, his company, owns 63 subsidiaries.
"He writes only one letter each year to the CEOs of these companies, giving them goals for the year"
"Assign the job to the right people"
He never held meetings or calls them on a regular basis.
"Create a clear purpose and focus to make sure their nominally for the purpose"
He only gives two rules to the CEOnya. 
Rule number one is: Do not even spend the money the owners of the shares. Rule number two: Never forget rule number one.
"Do not Show off, Be yourself & enjoy what you do"
He does not socialize with many people among the upper classes. 
His spare time he spent at home watching television while eating pop corn.

Bill Gates, the world's richest man met him for the first time five years ago. 
Bill Gates thought he did not have anything in common with Warren Buffet, he had scheduled his meeting only for 30 minutes.

But when he met him, the meeting lasted for 10 hours and Bill Gates are interested to learn a lot from Warren Buffett. 
Warren Buffet does not carry a cell phone on his desk and no computer.

"Do not do what others say, listen to them, but do what you feel good."

"After all the other people still can not manage your own life.'s You who controls your life fully"
