Academy Awards or Oscars is the most prestigious awards in the film industry in the United States and the world. There are many interesting facts related to the event, held since the 1929's. What are they?
A. Shirley Temple was the youngest Oscar winner. He received the award in 1934. At that time he was only stepping 5 years.
2. The name 'Oscar' awarded by the Academy librarian, Margaret Herrick. When viewing a statue of Oscar in 1931 he said, "Why like Uncle Oscar!" The full name is Margaret's uncle Oscar Pierce.
