Remember the car Herbie? VW Beetle race car number 53 that has the ability to drive and think? The car is known in the film The Love Bug was going to auction.
As reported by Drive On, Thursday (19/01/2012) Volkswagen Beetle output in 1963 was one of five original cars used in the Disney comedy output.
The car will be auctioned this weekend by Gooding and Company. Gooding estimates the car with the 60 hp it can be sold at least U.S. $ 75,000 to U.S. $ 125,000. That means approximately USD 675 million to USD 1.12 billion.
Finally, Herbie is also one of the characters in the film with star Lindsay Lohan, Herbie Fully Loaded.
